The valley extends for about twenty
kilometres. The « Mont-Blanc » massif dominates
the south end whereas the « Aiguilles rouges » show
the north edge.
Chamonix, mountaineering’s birth place, is and shall ever be
the meeting place where all mountain and nature lovers will gather.
